I’ve found it’s best to read for fifteen minutes a day, to begin with.
I Hadn’t Read A Book Since High School. Here’s Why You Should Read Daily
Tim Denning

We all already “read” so much more than fifteen minutes a day. If you add up our journeys into social media, emails, texting and even television scrolling, we surpass that amount of reading easily.

So reading a book, no matter it’s size, is not that daunting a feat. In fact it’s a fun, solitary pursuit you control.

There is a topic or genre for whatever interests you: fiction, nonfiction, horror, erotica, biographical, romance, historical, etc.

Also, a huge reason to read is because it helps expand your thinking and creativity. Reading exercises your brain cells, opens you to new possibilities and propels you into exchanging and sharing different conversations.
