Stickiness: a UX metric

Here’s an easy way of understanding how often people come back to your app. It’s called “Stickiness” and it can be used as retention/engagement metric for your app. In order to use this metric, you will need to know the number of daily active users and monthly active users your app has. Then you can use the following formula to calculate your stickiness.

The higher the percentage indicates that more of your users are returning to your app which would mean your app has a high engagement rate.
