Our Phones are amazing devices. We can further say that nowadays, our phones are an extension of our bodies. They are useful and vital for almost every aspect of our day-to-day lives… or that is what you may think. fortunately, this is not true.

I used to suffer from the inability to get anything done because of constant distraction. Either because of the constant email/messages that I was expected to respond to, or the time I wasted once I start scrolling endlessly on any of the social media apps.

Recently, I have been reading one of the most interesting book which is called Make Time by Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky. And one particular chapter that I decided to try in real life — and actually helped me — as to how to avoid being distracted by your Phone. The book lists many tips but I thought I would share the ones that I actually tried and did help me Make Time.
