Great article! I’ve been doing a lot of this myself but I struggle a lot and I came to realize that many of the articles that I’ve been reading like this one were written by men, and I think following certain recommendations (supplements, drugs, nutrition, exercise…) does not work well for women (i.e. different hormonal composition). Do you have any advice for me? :)
