Yes you’re right and I stand corrected. In fact America was never a Democracy and unfortunately will never be one.
I was carried away by the inspiration that the American revolution gave to the Europian countries like France and Greece who followed with their own revolutions due to the inspiration that the American revolution gave them.
America had a great chance and she lost it. And that makes you want to cry. I know I do, because I once loved her for what it stood for and I loath her now for what it represents nowadays.
As for the phrase “democratic republic of sovereign states”, it really makes no sense at all and that is why America lost its chance.
By that unheard of mingling of completely same and opposite ideas America became what it is now. A mess!
Let me explain. “Democracy”, the Greek word. “Republic” the latin word for democracy. “Sovereign” someone who is self governed and is free to do what he wants in his own land.
Now combine all that and you have America. No democracy whatsoever, only two political parties who believe the same, do the same and are run by the oligarchy of the plutocrats, and “sovereign” states that have the illusion that they can do what they want when this is not the case at all.
We are what we think and consequently what we speak. So when one says “democratic republic of sovereign” he means that he is completely confused about politics and doesn’t has the slightest idea about politics.
Also you are wrong if you think that I am a “leftist” or your “democrats” are. That really makes me lough. You are being played by both parties in order to be confused about their so called “different” agenda when in fact both of them are run by corrupted plutocrats who want to be richer in expense of your people and the rest of the world.
And up till now, they are doing a fin job. If this is the America you want to live in, that’s fine by me. I don’t live in America anyway. But I pity her.
