Iran vs Israel

The Middle East Again Is on Fire

A Group Psychosis with Missiles.

--

It’s too easy to reduce geopolitical conflict to black-and-white narratives: Israel is the villain, Iran is misunderstood, and Western democracies are hypocritical enablers. But moral clarity cannot be built on selective outrage, nor can a complex conflict spanning over seven decades be judged solely through the lens of recent headlines.

Let’s start with the fear of a nuclear Iran. This is not irrational paranoia — it’s a calculated concern based on decades of open hostility, proxy warfare, and genocidal rhetoric coming from the Iranian regime. Iran doesn’t merely criticize Israel; it calls for its annihilation, funds militant groups like Hezbollah and Hamas, and destabilizes neighboring regions under the guise of “resistance.” Its nuclear ambitions aren’t about energy independence — they’re about regional hegemony, power projection, and religious messianism. A nuclear Iran would spark an arms race in the Middle East and give cover to terrorism with the protection of a nuclear umbrella. That’s not “balance” — that’s a global threat.
