20 Quotes on Gratitude and Being Thankful —

A practice I like to do is taking a moment to reflect on what I am grateful for. Although you don’t need a National Holiday to feel grateful, it is a great reminder of what is important.

Appreciation helps you realize what is important, focusing your mind on the positive. The more you spend your time focusing on what you do have, the less time you will spend thinking about what you don’t have. The amazing part is that when you become grateful, you tend to find that you start attracting even more things to be grateful for.

This year, I am particularly grateful for this blog. I first started it in June of this year and since then it has connected me with so many amazing people who strive to be more every day. This Blog has been a gift to me and I hope to continue to be able to use it as a medium to connect and inspire.
