Feminism describes a system of thought applicable to society at large. Being a boss that gives paid leave for surgeries but not for pregnancy makes you a bad feminist because a) your position of power in the described situation and b) the treatment of pregnancy as less legitimate than a physical incapacity.

Feminism doesn’t much care what two individuals of adult consent do with each other in their relationships.
