While my response was mostly about traditional feminism principles, the only one of these rights that I would say we fully “own” is voting rights.
Equal pay is still very much an issue; women on average make 78–82% less than men. Wikipedia notes that this is mostly due to the choices of careers and degrees women make, but there is still a 6% gap in adjusted wages (comparing a woman in the same job to a man in the same job) speculated to be due to poor negotiation. Feminism encourages us to ask, how can we encourage women to negotiate their salaries more often? Why are traditionally female fields of interest paid less than traditionally male fields of interest, and if there is inequality there what can be done to end it? Closely related to this is the lack of federally mandated paid maternity leave; when a woman has a child, they tend to lose their salary altogether for what could be months (or years, if they quit their job to stay at home).
Abortion is a right in name only to a vast swath of American women. Because I’m originally from Texas, I’ll use that as an example.

Texas instituted a law that forced around half of their abortion clinics to shut down. This was pretty rude, and ruled as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. The rule was overturned last year, and this is what the map looked like as of this May. I don’t know if you’ve ever been to Texas, but in the areas most heavily effected by this you’re looking at at least a two hour drive one way up to maybe 5 hours one way for people in the Panhandle. Factor in the cost of gas, the time off a woman would need to travel to their appointments, and the additional draconian rules Texas has regarding abortion (I believe the current laws are that you are required to have one “consultation” and then you can make another appointment to actually go through with the abortion, to say nothing of the unnecessary ultrasounds), it becomes less and less reasonable for a woman to exercise her legal right to an abortion. Some women resort to illegal drugs from Mexico; others are not so lucky. Texas is possibly the worst offender here, but it’s far from the only state infringing on abortion rights.
But feminism isn’t only about women’s rights; it’s about egality across race and gender. These are just the best examples I can think of at the moment because they’re some of the most pressing.
