Not easily, John. The Hotline dataset is somewhat incomplete as for a while, VRCD stopped adding the “local response contact” info to call data.
So there are 31 citation-producing calls summaries where the local contact is not listed (one could go back and figure some of them out I suppose).
Also, the local response contact may be listed as a name or names or sometimes a company name. However, I don’t think that 100% maps to indie vs. PM-managed homes.
So, it’s not something that’s easily done.
As for number of homes managed by various PM companies, while city data tells us there’s roughly a 50/50 split between indie-registered and PM-registered homes, I do not have data that breaks those out, so I just don’t know.
I did think that it might be interesting to compare PM- vs indie-managed homes, but at present, such an analysis would be inaccurate. (And very time consuming.)
