Third lesson with Steven Asei Dantoni.

Today we had to define a new problem for our Global Projet because the one we used last time wasn’t relevant. The problem is:

Lack of answers from resellers.

We made a survey that we send to resellers in France, Belgium and Luxembourg and the risk is that we won’t enough answers.

Then we had to make a brainstorming about the problem and then we had to find the worth solutions. The aim was at the end to find the bests solutions. Our final solutions where that we have to personalise the survey and to find a way to motivate the resellers to answer.
