Thanks for sharing. This is incredibly helpful. Your strategy reminds me of the core steps of a good performance management program which usually goes something like: 1. Define the mission 2. Define core goals that align with the mission with an execution timeline 3. Define steps for each goal and then measure progress. Sharing lessons learned and best practices horizontally between startups with similar challenges and shared experiences makes so much sense. Helps to avoid repeating mistakes. I am exploring this strategy on a smaller scale to improve process effectiveness within an individual startup. Following a similar methodology. I will let you know how it goes. Keep up the great work!
