Transfers and Youth Scouting:

(Portugal, Egypt, Japan, Spain) - Also scout Jamaica for players (Aston Villa have an agreement with Leon Baileys agent to offer trials to players in Leon’s school)
- Scout our home nations for Youth players also, as well as scouting for nationalities that reside in Birmingham (Census shows other nationalities are Pakistani, Indian, Polish)
- Up to two big player sales if we don’t make Europe. One big player sale if we do
- Two transfers maximum in January, and they can only be transfer listed players or prospects.
- Three first team signings maximum in the summer, unless replacing an outgoing first team transfer.
