P&S Regulations Rules:

Match Profit and Sustainability regulations
(Half of allocated budget allowed to be spent pre player sales, 80% of all player sales allowed to be reinvested)

Up to two big player sales if we don’t make Europe. One big player sale if we do. If we don’t make Champions League. The 80% Threshold will go to 50%.

Transfers and Youth Scouting:

Realistic Transfers only

  1. Use our V Sports Network for Youth Scouting
    (Portugal, Egypt, Japan, Spain)
  2. Also scout Jamaica for players (Aston Villa have an agreement with Leon Baileys agent to offer trials to players in Leon’s school)
  3. Scout our home nations for Youth players also, as well as scouting for nationalities that reside in Birmingham (Census shows other nationalities are Pakistani, Indian, Polish)
  4. Up to two big player sales if we don’t make Europe. One big player sale if we do
  5. Two transfers maximum in January, and they can only be transfer listed players or prospects.
  6. Three first team signings maximum in the summer, unless replacing an outgoing first team transfer.
