To the best of my knowledge, not remembering any dreams in adulthood is pretty common! But as far as I’m aware, everyone dreams.

Maybe thinking about having a dream before you go to sleep will help, or keep a pen and paper close-by. Psychologically it can prime you to recall dreams, because you’re expecting to a- have a dream and b- record it literally.

I know there are some exceptions if you’re taking medication or are under the influence of drugs, but otherwise it works well for me. Would you let me know how you get on?
