I Don’t Read The News Anymore, And It’s Great
Benjamin Hart

Delightful escalation. I must admit that I had stopped reading news myself back in early 2015. I felt that things were going well in the world and I was optimistic. The news seemed to consist only of gossip and mindless things that were trivial and besides ISIS it seemed like the world was doing alright as a whole.

Wew, how ignorant.

Little did I know that it was my own horizon that had limited my view of things. Autumn 2015 things changed drastically and I began to become more involved in looking at what was going on. Rude awakening came in Spring 2016 when I realized that I can’t simply stick my head in the sand, like the picture you’ve chosen as the cover.

Out of comfort, people try to avoid these topics and I think it is about time people wake up. Good article and funny, thanks!
