From the very start, we’ve been committed to social impact. As corny as it sounds, we’re not just making great running shoes, we want to make the world a better place.

So we’re proud to now have third party certification that we’re doing just that. We’re now a certified B-Corp.

As a B Corporation, Enda meets the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

We are grateful to everyone who has supported us in getting here. Your involvement has in countless ways helped us pursue using the power of business in building a more inclusive and sustainable economy.

While we share a bit of Kenya’s athletic excellence to you through our shoes, each pair sold also helps build communities and sustainably grow the Kenyan economy. By manufacturing in Kenya and then reinvesting a portion of our revenues in local community projects, we are transforming lives.

Sorting of parts and shoes at the factory

Moving more processes of making our shoes locally has continuously translated to improved skill sets, job creation, and expanded supply chains as we increasingly source for and use materials locally. A perfect example is the Strobel stitching process that we recently moved to Kenya. We’ve worked with our factory to get the machine and train staff on its operation. It is a stitch that requires lots of skill and a special type of sewing machine that is only used for that one exact stitch.

It’s a small step, but just one of many we’re making as we continuously move new production processes to Kenya.

We strive to be reliable, transparent, and dependable brand each day. Thank you for believing in the Enda dream. Twende Pamoja!
