Lenten Journey Day 34:šµPSALM 147 ā GOD THE GREATEST HEALERšµ
š āHe heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds.ā ā Psalmsā¬ ā147ā¬:ā3ā¬
āØ The only ONE who can mend a broken heart is The One who created it. God is experienced in ārestorationā ā He mends Broken Hearts, broken dreams, broken lives. A broken heart is proof that we loved and proof that we still lived. Well, healing is not instantaneous; it is a process; it unfolds over time; and throughout this journey God is with us. When broken hearts leave behind wounds letās conceal it with The Holy wounds of Jesus on the cross.āØ
Psalm 147 reminds us that God is the ultimate healer of our brokenness. Whether itās a broken heart, shattered dreams, or wounded spirits, God has the power to mend and restore what has been damaged.
In a world marked by pain and suffering, it can be easy to lose hope and succumb to despair. But God offers us a glimmer of hope, promising to heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.
Healing, however, is not always instantaneous. It is a process that unfolds over time, requiring patience, faith, and perseverance. But throughout this journey, God is with us, offering comfort, strength, and guidance every step of the way.
As we journey through the healing process, we are invited to turn to the cross of Jesus Christ, where His sacrificial love offers hope and redemption to all who seek it. The wounds of Christ serve as a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we are not alone, and there is always hope for restoration and renewal.
Let us, therefore, entrust our brokenness to the loving hands of God, knowing that He is able to bring beauty from ashes and joy from mourning. And let us cling to the promise of Psalm 147, trusting that God is indeed the greatest healer of all.
