Before I became a stay-at-home dad I thought,
“This can’t be that hard. Women do this all the time.”
This was probably one of the dumbest things I have ever said, and I’ve said a lot of dumb things. It was also extremely sexist, which I have to be more aware of because my son looks to me for the blueprint for manhood, and my wife and daughter are modern women.
The life of any stay-at-home parent is a difficult one. This is my way of sharing my experiences with others who can relate, and some who can’t, but still find my ramblings amusing. Hopefully you will find some or all of my posts interesting or informative in some way. There are plenty of dads who go through the same things that I do. We should be heard! There are so many things that you have to get used to. This life is never boring! There should always something to write about, so stay tuned.

The biggest challenge will be finding the time to write while living with these animals.
After I became a stay-at-home dad I thought,
“This is probably the hardest thing I have ever done. Somebody Help Me!”
I know that there are tons of blogs out there giving advice to dads on how to do this and that. I don’t want to tell you what to do. I want to share my life as a stay-at-home dad with posts that bring you right into my living room. I want you read what I go through and hope that you can add some of the missing pieces. We manage to have fun while navigating the road of family life. I like to stop and check out cool stuff on the way. Hopefully you will too.
I recommend following. It should be a fun ride.
