Socioeconomic oppression is leaving African Americans light years behind and no one seems to care
The psychological and compound synergy of racist capitalism and corporate exclusion is devastating to African American people of all genders and ages. The problem is not getting better and no one is working on viable solutions.
PART OF THE PROBLEM:
Mid level — - high level paying jobs that do not require a college degree are +90% held by non African Americans. We are examining why this is? Is it because African American people are not qualified of performing in these positions?
It is because of hostile racial discrimination in the workplace and low self perception?
Do African Americans have low confidence to enter racially discriminatory predatory atmospheres in these industries?
Is their a neurological paranoia and stockholder syndrome of African Americans with college degrees that have an effect in the workplace?
Do African Americans with college degrees of all levels face mistreatment and bias double standards from non African American co-workers and management and some times from other African Americans?
We are researching the mentality and expectations that conclude socioeconomic humiliation unwarranted criticism in the workplace.
How many and why? are merit based advancement and promotions failing African American professionals? Is it from limited to no encouragement for upper level advancement training?
