The EQ Virtual App is Here

After 3 years of service and over 40,000 individual consultations, it’s time to take the next step and keep the innovative momentum going.

We are proud to announce the launch of our new EQ Virtual app. As of July 12, 2016, all of our patients will have access to an easier, all-in-one online health experience.

Our team understands the importance of having a clear, palpable understanding of your e-health ventures. After all, your health and your pursuit for healthcare are extremely personal endeavours. So, we’ve improved our system by developing an app that offers the same security, safety, and confidentiality of our previous host, without having to leave the EQ Virtual space.

For new patients, it’s as simple as creating an account on eqvirtual.com, downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, and then signing in on the app once you need to speak with the doctor.

For our existing patients, they must simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and then sign in as usual. Username and passwords have not changed.

Please note: your EQ doctor will no longer be accessible via our previous host app, Medeo, as of July 12, 2016. We apologize for any confusion that this transition may cause. We highly appreciate your support as we do our best to make access to health care evermore easy, reliable, and widespread.
