Fascinating piece. We follow similar principles at Bright Innovation. As a tech focused marketing agency we are finding that more and more of our clients operate like this and when it comes to marketing, they see know reason why it shouldn’t be the same. We are also finding that a lot of our larger clients, frustrated at being bogged down in traditional planning cycles, are looking for a more agile approach. The problem is that a lot of ‘agile marketing’ companies are actually just trying to do the same processes faster and that doesn’t work.
