I’m not too sure about that.

I think it’s clear and very present that technology has altered children now, but as far as Millennials (myself included) I think growing up in the tech boom has an overall positive effect. The Boomers were fooled by government and politics to a ridiculous degree….Millennials have woken up.

Millennials don’t respond to advertisements. Millennials are impossible to target because they are so much more unpredictable. Millennials are experts in social media and explorative journalism. Millennials choose better diet options — steering away from fast food. And most importantly in this context, Millennials have sparked and set ablaze strong government movements (whether they are left or right wing).

Millennials are the most disillusioned generation ever. They are pessimistic but they are not asleep — they know what must be done and are fighting. The problem is that Boomers are the ones in Congress, in the House of Reps., in the Sumpreme Court. The Millennials fight and build ever greater momentum for change — they are just not the ones in control of power yet.
