What does the word CONNECTIONS mean to you?

Connections for me is about creating personalised jewellery that connects people, families, generations, friends, lovers, siblings. I tend to connect with people through my jewellery.

How do you stay connected with the right people?

By being Authentic, being your own benchmark. I find that connecting and staying connected to people, clients, business associates is a natural state for me. I tend to attract and maintain connections mostly with people who are like-minded and lead with heart.

What empowers you?

I am empowered by being a businesswoman, a mother, a wife, a friend. I am empowered by being in a position to create and breathe. I am empowered by supporting and mentoring other women in business.

What significant connection has influenced/inspired you recently?

I have recently accepted a board position with @globalsisters and @mandyrichards inspires me. The organisation supports, mentors and trains women from disadvantaged backgrounds to set up and run their own businesses and make their own money via the @globalsisters online platform. We are not all born into the same situations and after 12 years in business I am now able to give back..

What’s the best self-indulgent treatment you’ve ever had?

A week in Bali with a close girlfriend. Four handed massages (two people) every day, amazing food, walking the streets of Ubud, meditation.. Making a choice to leave my hubby and kids at home and to give myself this chance to be at peace and to be creative lead to some amazing new designs!

What do you do when you are in the mood to spoil yourself?

Always a massage! I can’t get enough of them.
