Go Get It

If you want something, go get it.

If you think something someone or something can stop you, think again. It’s all in your head. And this is a dangerous way of thinking

Because whether you think you can or you can not, you’re right. Shout out to Henry Ford for that one.

This isn’t to say there aren’t going to be obstacles. There will be. Things will get in the way. There won’t be enough time. Or you won’t have enough money. Or you’re too young, old, skinny, fat, shy, loud, etc., etc., blah blah blah.

These are all excuses. Not reasons, not explanations, excuses.

Excuses wil get you no where. Actually, that’s not true. Excuses will get you somewhere. That somewhere just happens to be right where you are, stuck in your own way.

So, get out of your own way. Look at obstacles and challenges as opportunities to create and innovate (for more on that I highly recommend reading Ryan Holiday’s “The Obstacle Is The Way.”).

Whatever it is that you want, go get it. Don’t wait. Do it now.

Go get it.
