I guess you’re right, high stress and the lack of stability does cause it :) but the sad part about this is that it’s been about 3 years now and I’ve tried meditation etc. All these techniques are good as a temporary solution. I never know when the depression or anxiety might creep up again. I’ve learnt to deal with the two and talking to my counsellor used to help. So I might go back to that :)
