The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It is designed to help improve productivity and focus by breaking work intervals of 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

During my work, I frequently find distractions pulling me away from my main tasks. I’m sure many of you can relate to similar situations. While working on a task, it’s easy to become sidetracked by activities like updating your Facebook status, juggling different projects, or even attending to household chores, diverting your focus from your current objective.

As you are working on your task, you might hear a persistent inner voice questioning your choices, wondering, ’’Is this the right thing to do at this moment?” Are there urgent tasks being overlooked? Could there be a more effective approach? Sometimes, looming deadlines create a sense of impossibility in completing your task on time, making it appear increasingly complex.
