Has worked since he was at his 3rd semester at Bina Nusantara University Directorate as a part time Programmer. Angry Ronald admitted he needed the extra money at that time to be able to meet his needs while studying in Jakarta. Surviving on the money sent from his parents, which was only 2 million rupiah for three months, he admitted that it was difficult to meet the needs for college activities, because there were many activities that require additional costs.

Finally he decided to gather with fellow overseas students to make a team of programmers to be able to accept larger projects both on and off campus. Derived by the kinship and mutual cooperation that he brought since college, Angry Ronald felt himself suited to the work environment in FAZZ FINANCIAL — at FAZZ Financial he found that between employees there was a natural process of learning where one expert wanted to share his knowledge to others for free. Lots of alignment is done between teams that are done familially.

When he first entered FAZZ Financial, his sense of respect and trust was a very important thing for him. For example, when initiating a project, a lot of the initial output produced is actually tested by the CTO himself, or the related team and then used immediately. Paralleled with the development process, Angry felt that there was no work that was neglected or wasted.

Even if there are mistakes, the surrounding team is always focused on finding ways to improve. Many mistakes that occurred during his career at FAZZ Financial, and that did not stop him from giving up. Having the support of fellow teams and other FAZZMILY, Angry learned that life is a learning process that must go through several phases. Learning from the mistakes, he felt he could no longer deny the good he received. Staying Eager to Grow is something that is very attached in his daily work. Angry Ronald now serves as the Software Engineer Lead in one of the FAZZ Financial products.
