[Insight] 28% of Americans are “strong” early adopters of technology
According to a recent analysis of Pew Research Center survey data an important percentage of Americans are “strong” early adopters of technology.
Yet, 45% score at or near the mean of the index, and 26% score low on the index, showing a stronger preference for familiar technology products. To be more accurate on these numbers, compared with seniors, younger adults are more inclined to like trying new technology, which is not really surprising. What’s really interesting is noticing that men and women have similar preferences meaning that gender don’t really impact your use of technology.
