Multi-Family apartment opportunity formed from the ashes of “Indestructible Wealth”
The claim of “Indestructible Wealth” alone at a seminar would seem so preposterous that any rational investor would instinctively know to run for the exits. However, according to SEC allegations, a group of guys dba Logos Lifetime University (LLU) destroyed portions of over 100 investors funds totaling $14,000,000. While I feel badly for these investors potential losses, this has created a Multi-Family Apartment opportunity for you.

LLU acquired properties across six states with these investors funds, however, the allegations go on to mention stealing of the investors money including monthly credit card charges routinely approaching $40,0000. On February 22nd 2016, the SEC received a court order authorizing the immediate sale of these assets. Two of these properties are in Jacksonville Florida offering 40 and 52 units with a total 92 MF apartments available.
An auction for the sale will take place on March 17 2016, just over two weeks from the time I am writing this. Both properties are block construction and appear to have no roof leaks. They are being offered for sale by Tranzon, a Real Estate brokerage firm specializing in auction properties. Unlike some other auction companies I have worked with in the past Tranzon is a great partner to work with and I look forward to working with them again. I can represent you as a Buyers Agent and look out for your interest at no additional cost to you.
Based on the last deal I did with Tranzon, I fully expect you to be able to acquire these at a price that will make good economic sense. Some of the issues to be aware of are that; the financial statements are basically non-existent, the leases may or may not be valid, any tenant deposits are not part of this transaction. While I can not offer you an opportunity of “Indestructible Wealth”, this is an opportunity to acquire distressed assets at what I believe will end up trading at a below market rate.
