SunPay Card | How to Activate?(Web Version)

Step 1：

First, please click on the link on the right to go to the SunPay Card page: https://fatpay.org/card. Then click on “Sign in with FaTPay” to proceed.

首先，请点击右侧链接前往 SunPay Card 页面 https://fatpay.org/card，然后点击“使用 FaTPay 登录”。

1. Sing in with FaTPay

Step 2：

Please enter your email address and input the email verification code to complete the login.

填写你的邮箱，输入邮箱验证码完成登录。

Step 3：

Click on the “Active” button, enter the 16-digit card number you want to activate, and click on “Active Card”

🚨Please note that for the first-time card activation, you need to complete KYC verification. Please input your mobile phone number and follow the prompts to upload your passport and undergo facial recognition.

点击“激活”按钮，输入将要激活的16位卡号，点击“激活卡片”。🚨请注意，首次开卡需要完成 KYC，同时输入你的手机号，根据提示上传护照并进行人脸识别。

3. Active Card

Step 4：

Please fill in your bill address. Currently, only European addresses are supported.

填写账单地址，目前仅支持欧洲地址。

Tips：

The initial card activation process typically takes around 2 hours to complete (during business days; processing time may be extended outside of business hours).

Once the verification is approved, you will receive an email containing your card number and CVV.

首次开卡 2 小时左右审核完毕（工作日时间，非工作时间顺延）。审核通过后，会收到一封包含卡号及卡 CVV 的邮件。
