This was so hilarious. The Internet is full of these kinds of listicles with the things you *should* do every day to be more [insert whatever goal you have here]. My solution? Adopt minimalism as a lifestyle and focus on 3-5 things to do each day, not 95. Mine are: 1. Morning routine (coffee, stretches, water); 2. write a few hundred words. 3. Skip breakfast and try to do intermitent fasting. 4. Read.
So many people spend time reading all these articles with stuff that you’re supposed to do. We all live different lives and want different things.
