Fairly thoughtful piece, with the comparison to Atlanta. I think it’s interesting how some people can “get away with it” and others can’t.

Louis CK uses the term “nigger” freely and fairly frequently in his comedy, and I’ve never really heard any backlash from it. Always wondered why that is — is it because Louis genuinely couldn’t care about any sort of criticism, especially “frivolous” criticism like that? IDK I always found it curious.
