Huge Success on Fantom Australian Launch!

Our global expansion is in full motion, and that’s why we want to recap what took place during the Australian roadshow in Brisbane and Sydney. Fantom recently unveiled its technology in collaboration with NEM at their brand new blockchain hub! This was an enormous undertaking for the Fantom team as it was also the very first time that we expanded outside of our South-Korean borders. That’s why we decided to choose Australia, as we have a strong basis in Australia with many of core team members hailing from Sydney and Melbourne.

Chief Information Officer Michael Kong bridged the gap between the developer community of Brisbane and Sydney by presenting the values and revolutionary technology of the Fantom ecosystem to onboard a large part of both communities into our ecosystem.

For those of you who want to reminisce about the great time you had at the event and those who unfortunately missed out, we finally have the recap video on our YouTube channel. Also on the channel, we’re looking to engage with our community through more video contents in the future. As a start, we’ve got our office tour released and monthly updates that we will maintain for the latest Fantom developments.

Fantom is committed to working with local communities, businesses, enterprises and government to define, build and deploy Fantom technology across a multitude of industries. In the next 12 months, we are focusing on creating real time use and adoption of our platform by on-boarding Australian businesses to build upon and utilise the Fantom distributed ledger.

Also, we are planning to hold frequent meetups in key cities in Australia in the coming months to further engage our Australian supporter base. That’s why our next destination will be Melbourne, where our next meetup event will be held. More details will surface soon enough, so please keep close attention. We promise you, it’s not something you would want to miss!
