FarEye platform expands to the Australian and European markets

We at FarEye are happy to announce the partnership with companies from European & Australian markets which augmented the company’s presence to 15 countries. The company announced its partnership with Australia based — National Products Fulfilment (NP Fulfilment), an Order Fulfilment Company & Belgium based — TBC Post. The company adopted a simple way to help companies in using the product. The customers come onto the website, sign up & start using the product. With this, he can scale-up or down based on his requirement, making it quick & cost-effective to use.

FarEye, a mobility platform for business operations has recently closed Series-A funding round, from SAIF Partners, and now it recently expanded to European & Australian markets. FarEye has been working with companies like Blue Dart — DHL, DTDC, Safexpress, WalMart India, Bajaj Capital, along with South East Asia giants Zalora, Sephora.

FarEye’s business expansion

As on date FarEye registered more than 100 clients and is handling more than 3 mn+ transactions a day. FarEye wants to capitalize on their logistics management expertise and help enterprises across the globe streamline their logistics. FarEye is a productivity tool for enterprises as well as the workforce — FarEye has a strong road-map of product enhancement for next 12 months and adding new features regularly. They plan to integrate with IoT platforms & drones to enable automated delivery.

Talking about product expansion, Gaurav Srivastava, CTO & Co-Founder at FarEye said that, “we have added new features like demand forecasting & planning & customer analytics which helps companies in planning their operations, be prepared for the demand upsurge. With predictive analytics engine, companies can get highly accurate predictions that allow them to make effective business decisions rather than going by intuition.”

With successful use cases for Warehousing, First Mile Pick-Up, Milk Runs, On-demand/Hyperlocal solution, Last Mile Delivery and Reverse pick-ups (90-min & non-time bound) FarEye has become the trusted end-to-end mobility solution for logistics & supply chain leaders. On an average FarEye has been able to increase first time successful job attempts by 22% and save 2.3 man –hours per employee per day. Although, they started with Logistics they have expanded into healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Durables etc.

Commenting on the exponential scale-up in the operations, “FarEye has been operating with positive cash-flows since the beginning. The growth has been organic and exponential. Most of our business came from referrals from our clients. A robust product and positive word-of-mouth helped us in scaling our business quickly, ” Kushal Nahata, Co-Founder & CEO at FarEye added.

FarEye is headquartered in New Delhi, and post funding they are planning to hire new talent and planning to expand the team size to 80.
