Ah, it’s YOU I have to thank for the cabbage burger recommendation! I thought it was Andnowlights, but she hates cabbage. Both of you moving threw me.

I made them today and they were terrific. I think they could become a regular. Every culture seems to have a loaded bread and I think I might even try a vegetarian version, using the cabbage/garlic/onion and adding dill and blue cheese, like Moosewood’s Blue Max sandwich I have loved.
