I LOVE this stuff and always have a jar on hand. I never omit the horseradish, but then I always have it on hand. Jalapenos are perfect for this and I fill a jar with the ingredients, pour the apple cider vinegar over the top and let sit. Strain and bottle and store in the fridge. We drink this by the shotglass.

However, it is a terrific ingredient in recipes and salad dressings.
