Sometime in the past month I found a small prepared fruit tray of melon and pineapple priced at $99.99. I mentioned this to the gal behind the counter and she took it to correct. I was a little stunned since I had agreed to pick up a small fruit tray for an office meeting. I like tiny champagne grapes and fresh figs. Oh, I love fresh figs. Whoever lives in California has it made when it comes to fresh fruit. I have a friend who grows figs but they are fickle here and I only get a few each year.
