This has been my hardest few months ever personally. I have been dealing with depression again. I find going outside in nature helps me tremendously, even if it is not recreational. I hang my laundry out year-round, which gets me outside. Yesterday I spent three hours helping a neighbor with a chore deep in the woods. Is there anything outside you can summon the energy to drag yourself to do? I have even found sitting on a bench in the sunshine (or whatever small gray glow is passing for it) helpful.
