Trying to Quit Something We Need

Seriously…our lives have become tangled, twisted and encircled by various forms of social media. From our families, children, work, hobbies, activities and houses, we are part of what we made. We do have choices as to how much we want to add them into our lives or not. I tend to think of social media as “Noise”. We can adjust the levels of each as needed depending on our own circumstances. We can’t quit, unless we completely go the off grid. The only thing we can do is to adjust the “Noise” of the social media in our daily life so we can still hear the beauty of the personal, physical and spiritual connections in our own world.
