Quite true, Robin. My PreK kids are so darn sharp… they see me sitting down at a table, and I could be twiddling my thimbs, but they’ll come up and exclaim they want to do whatever I’m doing. So, I use their inborn curiosity to lead them to what I’d like them to try, whether it be practicing writing their name or doing a Zentangle or playing pick-up-sticks. They’re always game.
