But WHY does Russia and the SAA bomb hospitals?

This just makes very little sense to me. The Syrian Air Force is held together by duct-tape and the will to survive, and the Russians also don’t have the ressources/money to randomly bomb around the country.

Assuming, I was the most cruel dictator in history, I still wouldn’t waste bombs, fuel, plane spare parts on those lowly civilians, I would definitely try to throw them on my armed enemies first.

To be honest, I have started to doubt the story of bombs dropped on Hospitals and food markets, simply because it makes no military sense in times of great crisis. Neither Russians nor Syrians are stupid.
