Day 156 — This is so unfair. My trainer takes a video and I am so exhausted I can barely resist. I think at this point — I’d cursed him. Multiple times. To no avail.
“Senor Happiness” over here is loving life and I’m miserable trying to save mine. Something is seriously wrong with this scenario. Mostly, the person who is likely to be wrong is me. Why? It’s history (read “science” and imagine Will Ferrell saying it in the film, #Anchorman. Clearly the best film ever made.)
My eating wasn’t great today. Not completely terrible but not good insurance for a healthier tomorrow. So I’m checking myself. Here. Where I’m accountable. Where I’ve committed myself to brutal reality. Painful and real. No escape. From anything.
Clearing it out…by writing it out! Not happy. With anything today. Although my husband was honored at a dinner for being a spectacular human being…with an award named in honor of his personal mentor, Senator Claude Pepper. That actually was lovely. I posted a video of his speech on my personal FB page.
