Yeah, but who cares? Trump said something bad.
Why does it matter that a NATO ally and an aspiring EU member is aggressively cracking down a coup that threatened only the seated government? That was resolved in the space of 18 hours? That might have been an inside job, that is certainly being used as an excuse for a wider crackdown?
It isn’t like they are the transit point/facilitators of terrorists in/out of Europe as well as migrants…
