Practicing Happiness to boost your success
Smile is contagious same is the case with positivity it is also contagious so we radiate it towards others through our thinking or our positive work etc.
We come across through lots of experiences in our life . Some of them indicates the severe hardships but we have to deal every situation with positivity. For example I was a very shy person and with the passage of time I move far away from everyone and thought about every possible thing about myself and even if I wan’t to tried to interact I got failed every time but in Amal I came up with a determination that I have to interact with every person no matter how much difficult it become for me. So it is very necessary to keep working on your condition until you get succeeded.

I selected two stages suggested by Shawn Anchor i.e
- Meditation
When I practise meditation, I felt very calm. It reminds me of keep calm exercises. This is very useful useful because it make you feel something from inside, you got clear about your view and your mind gets very refreshed.
2. Journal.
The journal was like a diary and it was useful to remind me in inspiration. These exercises are helping in maintaining my life schedule. These sorts of inspiration will help us to keep ourselves refreshed.
If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, then you will overcome your negativity and problems and get yourself ready for challenges.
