If the government is “asking” the woman not to get pregnant, they are not removing their right to choose. They really should encourage women to carefully consider the (considerably higher) risks of getting pregnant today — I think that’s OK.

At least its way better that the Brazilian health minister suggesting that women should get Zika soon, so they could get pregnant later.
