- There is nothing wrong with you for loving hard.
- A good cry always makes you feel better.
- You are enough. You’re not too much to handle or too little to satisfy. You are enough.
- It is okay to hurt, it’s okay to feel this hurt.
- Time will make it easier to deal with, easier to sleep at night.
- Write. Write. Write about everything.
- You are loved
- Don’t be so hard on yourself. You are doing better than you think.
- Put your tongue on a leash. Don’t say or do too much out of anger. Silence is okay.
- Demand what you know you deserve.
- Don’t underestimate who and where you can learn a new thing from.
- Stop stifling your heart, let it do what it’s supposed to do, love.
- Don’t ever regret showing kindness, no matter what you get in return.
- Laugh. Let your laughter be full and true. Let it restore the light in your eyes and make your heart dance. Guard your laughter, it’s your antidote.
- Don’t only love yourself when it’s easy to. Love yourself when you’re alone, not only for the cameras. Love yourself when your flaws are the only things that you can see in your reflection. Love yourself when you’d rather hate yourself.
