Fifty Weeks to Fuji: Day 3
So what are the immediate obstacles to climb? I am badly overweight, extremely unfit, and lacking the good habits and good sense to do something about it. There is also this:

This secret stash of goodies was donated by well-meaning friends when I returned from the UK last week, and sits between me and my diet. I have since discovered yet another easter egg, a dozen cadbury’s cream eggs, and some Mr Kipling chocolate slices, although I am working on consuming the evidence to protect the guilty…
Hopefully this stash will vanish in a slow and measured fashion, rather than overnight. My main plan to overcome this obstacle is record my weight and step count daily, reporting the numbers here, so no back-tracking! Hopefully the thought of public scrutiny will shame me into not over-indulging, but time will tell.
