Great read — but how do you solve your customers’ tier 1 problems when there is no tier 1?
I’m thinking of writing and publishing, where pretty much everything is a vitamin and nothing is really tier 1. Your readers don’t need to read your book, or view your cover, or that fancy fight scene in chapter 11. There’s nothing that keeps your customers engaged except the hook and a steady stream of vitamins. How can you keep, or even identify, your best customers then?
