Waking up to the news I felt the urge to go search out whatever had been written here and I’m so glad I did. As a 27 year old I didn’t experience it first hand but the gravity of which he was revered and respected in my world growing up always left an imprint on me. The way you talked about that interview and that trust he had in you brought tears to my eyes remembering how my own father has struggled with the same speaking issues as his health deteriorates. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing those stories with us on such short notice.
