Co-founder, Chien Tran, and his company, Navisoft, developed the trading core that has successfully supported the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) for the past 11 years. This trading core is also the backbone of the FinanceX cryptoexchange.

· Co-Founder & Chairman, S. Ohta, is the president of B&Company. He is an expert consultant with experience working with many successful IPO corporations in the Toyko stock market, and was the advisor for Japanese government organizations about investments in Southeast Asian countries

· Co-Founder & Vice-Chairman, Chien Tran, is the founder and CEO of Navisoft, a company that provides Trading systems for Stock Exchange and Commodity Exchange. He has extensive experience in the analysis, design, and construction of large software solutions in the financial sector, especially with trading systems that provide large amounts of transactions and require high processing speeds.

· CEO, Peter Dinh, an IT expert graduated from President University in Indonesia in 2006, and completed an MBA in 2015. He was selected to be a part of the Southeast Asia seed group. He has worked for many big companies in Indonesia (Jababeka TBK Group, PT. Telkom Indonesia, PT. Supra Software, etc.)

· CTO, Henry Ng, is also an IT expert from President University, with a completed MBA. Henry was General Manager at Balance Internet, one of the top 3 biggest e-commerce solution providers in Australia and New Zealand. He also co-founded 3 start-up companies providing online marketplaces and digital assets exchanges. He is responsible for system architecture design to ensure the scalability, security and high performance of the FinanceX platform.

· CMO, Cuong Nguyen, is a Banking Expert with a completed MBA. Possessing profound knowledge and understanding in different fields, he has more than 5 years of experience as a CMO and 7 years as Manager and Director in Banking. He is the Founder and CEO of UBank.
